Java Full Stack Lead with Python

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid/Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong Python development skills to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, modern JavaScript frameworks, and Python for automation, APIs, or AI/ML integrations. The role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack enterprise applications.
• Develop backend services using Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
• Build responsive frontend applications using Angular or React.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts, REST APIs, or AI/ML integrations.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Participate in architecture discussions and establish coding standards.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
