Associate Inside Service Sales Representative

Location: Westford MA (preferred) / Herndon, VA (2nd option)

The Associate Inside Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by renewing expiring support contracts purchased by Juniper customers. The role also includes elements of customer service, install base management and administrative quoting. You will also have the opportunity to learn many aspects of the service business while also gaining strong foundational knowledge cross-functionally that can lead into various career paths.

The candidate will excel in this dynamic role having a strong background in forecasting, data management and proactivity.

  • Knowledge of customer's install base management (hardware/software inventory)
  • Ability to multi-task

You will also need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 2-4 years of service business experience for a network or technology company.
  • 3+ years Sales or Customer Service experience providing service business support as part of a sales team for an IP Network company preferred.
  • Experience working with resellers and distributors
  • SAP quoting

Minimum Salary: $94,338.82

Maximum Salary:$135,601.52

OTE Split: 70% salary / 30% commission (will be paid monthly)

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $94,338.82 and $135,601.52/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
