Creative Marketing Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Creative Marketing Manager

Position type: Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ or Manhattan, NY (Hybrid)

Description:

As a Creative Marketing Manager you will :-

• Be Leading end-to-end creative process: From creative brief, through design development, to final delivery of proofed assets to the Business Unit.
• Present creative at various levels, all the way up to SVP, with the ability to sell/defend creative work as needed
• Partner with external agency team on schedules/scope, and to ensure creative concepts elevate the customer experience; must be able to review and provide constructive, actionable feedback
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Business Unit and the CMO to deliver campaigns that fulfil the needs of the business, brand, and consumer.
• Understand specific customer segments and channel test strategies, as well as analyzing campaign results, to make recommendations for optimizing future creative executions

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of experience in MarCom, CRM, Agency Management, Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing processes and principles.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices; tailoring creative and messaging to unique customer segments
• Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills to work closely with all internal and external partners of all disciplines

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Previous history or experience delivering results through multiple CRM touchpoints and marketing channels.
• Ability to take smart risks, defend work and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Committed to upholding the Brand, culture, and credo.
• Is an ambassador for the marketing department objectives and point of view on the Company s brand and its visual and verbal brand identity.
• Are a creative problem solver who can analyze information from various sources and extract key messages
• Experience in all things Direct Response; knowledge of tactics, segmentation, creative execution, and creative testing.

The ideal candidate will work as creative marketing, marketing channels and Agency Management.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: <Between $60 per hour> OR $70 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
