• 1. Wireless Technology Experience- these individuals will be on the phones helping advisors with issues throughout the 250 offices they have
• currently. They need to have worked specifically with Wireless technology, especially Wifi technology.
• 2. Experience specifically with phones and tablets, as the advisors will most likely be working on those.
• 3. CISCO ISE- They will need experience with CISCO ICE and specifically with the GUEST PORTAL. The guest portal allows guest users to
• self-register and gain access to network resources. It typically involves users connecting to a guest Wi-Fi network, being redirected to a registration page,
• and then receiving credentials to access the internet or other network services. They will be using this to fix and troubleshoot to get to the
• solutions for these 250 advisor locations. This will be where they spend a majority of their time!!!!
• 4. Firewall experience- This comes secondary but the ideal candidate will have experience with both. This individual will have worked with
• Palo Alto, Fortinet, CISCO firewalls as once they are in the job for around 6months they will begin working on firewall rules as well. They will be looking
• at firewall logs and doing the necessary troubleshooting.
• Assisted with creating Policy Set for Guest wireless network
• Worked incidents and troubleshooted AuthZ and AuthC issues from both an ISE perspective and a switch perspective.
• Prepare procedures for efficient identification and classification of endpoints that are known and unknown
• Configuring ISE policy profiles for endpoint classification within ISE's profiling service
• Creating ISE Policy Sets for wired and wireless 802.1x configuration, using cert based, 2FA
• Creating ISE Policy Sets for wired MAB configuration
• Configuring Cisco WLC WLAN Radius config for ISE authentication and guest access

Description
Seeking a Wireless Network Engineer for Infrastructure and Operations organization. This Engineer will possess technical expertise and engineering skill which allows her/him to be grow into a leading subject matter expert for both Investor and Advisor themed technology as well as enabling Cloud based solutions. This individual must be able to work in a fast paced, start up like environment, assist to identify requirements and facilitate implementation, while following appropriate change control and release processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $57.00
