SAP SD/OTC Consultant Contract-to-hire

We are hiring an SAP SD/OTC Candidate to provide production support, drive enhancements, and help lead the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong opportunity for long-term growth, as the role opens due to an upcoming retirement.
Responsibilities
- Provide SAP SD/OTC production support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently (SAP ECC EHP4)
- Collaborate with business users to enhance and optimize existing SAP ECC processes
- Work with IDocs and EDI integration to streamline order processing, invoicing, and logistics
- Play a key role in migrating to S/4HANA, assisting with data validation, system testing, and go-live support
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including MM, PP, and FICO, to ensure seamless integration and process improvements
- Drive continuous improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline order-to-cash processes
- Generate ad-hoc reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with developers for ABAP debugging to resolve issues within SD/OTC
- Utilize ZenDesk ticketing system to support MM, PP, WM, SD, FICO, and shipping modules in collaboration with the support team
- Contribute to support pack projects to ensure system stability and enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience, including production support and enhancements
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and exposure to S/4HANA migrations preferred
- Strong understanding of order management, pricing, billing, and integration with MM, PP, and FI
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Job Details
- 6-month contract to hire
- 401k and health benefits provided during the contract, and then the client offers great benefits once you convert to full time

- Travel to Ripon, Wisconsin once per quarter (Paid travel expenses)
