Job Title: Data Product Manager
Salary: $112,000
Benefits: 4-6 weeks of PTO, Holidays and Sick Pay, excellent healthcare, and a 35-hour work week

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of data products to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and engineers, to understand data needs and design solutions.
- Oversee data product life cycles, from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Ensure product scalability and alignment with best practices in data management and analytics.
- Must desire to part of an organization that culture and mission driven.
- 3 years of experience in Data Product Management.
- SQL proficiency and experience working with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with database architectures is a plus.
- Experience using Jira for product and project management.
- Strong skills in data analysis and data profiling tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of data & analytics technologies.
- Proficiency in Office tools such as Teams, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
