Description

We are in search of a proficient Desktop Support Analyst to be part of our team. The role is situated in San Antonio, Texas. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic work environment in the banking sector. The position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Accurately record and document all details of the issue or service request, including categorization and priority into the IT service desk tool.
Provide remote access via IT service desk tool and or Skype for Business.
Utilize knowledge of Active Directory and O365.
Provide hands-on support to internal staff while maintaining hardware/software support.
Use internal and external resources (knowledge bases, manuals, support sites, vendors) to answer questions and resolve issues.
Assist in maintaining accurate customer credit records.
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
Work from the desk and provide service at user's desks as needed.
Responsible for providing consistently high-quality service and support to end users.

Requirements

Proficiency in Active Directory is a must for managing user accounts and access controls.

Experience in handling Service Desk Tickets is needed to effectively resolve technical issues.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix desktop applications and other system issues.

Knowledge of PC hardware, software, networking, and other technological equipment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide quality customer service.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common desktop applications is required.

Relevant certification such as CompTIA A+ would be an added advantage.

Availability to work on a flexible schedule and willingness to provide after-hours support when needed.
