Dev Engineer MS Teams Integration
Location: Orlando, FL (Remote candidates near a Disney Hub preferred)
Contract: 6+ months

About the Role:

Moorecroft seeks a hands-on Developer Engineer with experience migrating Slack to Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment (1000+ users). This role involves development and advisory responsibilities for a high-scale transition project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Slack-to-Microsoft Teams migration, including custom app, bot, and workflow transitions.
• Work on back-end development using Python, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Leverage Microsoft Teams Graph API and Azure integrations for custom solutions.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in IT with enterprise Messaging and Collaboration technologies
• 5+ years of back-end development experience
• 3+ years migrating and optimizing Slack, Google Workspace, and Box applications into Microsoft toolsets

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Graph API, Power FX, and scripting languages (M, PowerShell)
• Expertise in Teams app development, Azure chatbots, and SSO integrations
• Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and permission models

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to coordinate across matrixed teams and interact with executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale migrations (1000+ users) and Google Google Cloud Platform projects
• Proven track record in directing suppliers in an outsourced environment

Additional Details:

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, with migrations outside regular hours
