Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Kaysville, UT.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with various companies to create data-driven solutions that support strategic decisions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust data reports, ensuring data quality, and delivering insightful reports and visualizations.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and optimize data reports
* Collaborate with customers to understand data requirements and develop custom reporting solutions
* Maintain and enhance existing data models and reporting systems to support evolving business needs
* Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets
* Utilize SQL and other database query languages to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including data warehouses
* Create and maintain informative and visually appealing reports and dashboards using reporting visualization tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to data services
* Document data processes, methodologies, and reports to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing across the team
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and related fields, applying best practices to optimize processes
* Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on using data tools and interpreting data findings

REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 5 years of experience
* Strong experience in SQL
* Experience in BI reporting
* Experience in Data Warehouse
* Experience with Visualization tools Tab
* Must be proficient in skills that require excellent knowledge of, but are not limited to: SQL, MSSQL, Data Warehouse, Linux, and Reporting Visualization Tools
* Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for solving complex problems are essential
* Self-starter (coming up to speed quickly)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
