Technical Project Manager

Forsys Inc is a Lead-to-Cash company focused primarily on Revenue transformation strategy, implementation, change management and change sustenance. We are seeing remarkable growth in the past few years and we are now looking to hire a Technical Project Manager - Delivery who can complement the existing team and be a part of the future growth at Forsys.

About the Opportunity:

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project plan activities to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery of all project phases.
• Oversee project governance and ensure all hygiene items are consistently maintained.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among team members and stakeholders, providing regular project status updates.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure adherence to testing/QA methodologies and maintain high quality standards.
• Document project requirements, processes, and deliverables comprehensively for reference and project transparency.
• Manage team resourcing and assign tasks effectively to ensure optimal productivity and project alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Project management with experience in solutioning scrum and agile methodologies
• Strong technical experience with a development background.
• Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM/Oracle experience
• Exposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies along with understanding of data and information flows preferred
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to setup and interpret logic, data, and rule relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally, including in high-pressure situations
