Location : Remote

Project Duration : 6+ months of Contract

Hours: Lower end for 40 hrs, higher end for 25-30 hrs (conversion to full time potential in 2025

Job Summary

• Looking for candidates with experience at agencies or in-house retail brands specifically as social creative strategists or creative lead/manager roles.
• The need is for a social-native creative who can shoot content on their phone or small kit, as well as editorialize a content calendar and create pitch decks and brief back decks; a blend of both content/editorial and art direction.

Job Description:

• This candidate will help the Director of Social Creative craft creative content strategy for always-on content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Shorts, as well as other channels such as Threads and Pinterest.
• Deep experience simplifying business priorities and briefs into repeatable and own able franchises, series, and tactics to brief creative production is a must.
• You should be steeped in beauty culture and have experience with brand building and brand narratives.
• You come from either an art/visual or copy/editorial background, but have overseen creative direction for both and know how to cast vision, brief, and give feedback to get the best creative output.
• You're also a blend of creative and strategic, being highly flexible and knowing how to navigate at the speed of social and culture, ideating real-time.

Required:

• 8+ years experience
• Content, editorial, and/or creative strategy with art direction background require
• Dedicated social experience required
• Beauty and retail experience highly required.
• Must work in CST Time Zone
