Description:

Mohr Partners, Inc. is looking for a qualified Business Analytics (BA) Associate to join our Client Solutions team. The analyst should have experience in GIS and the ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment. The BA Associate must be able to apply their knowledge of data analytics concepts and practices, while using the input of others to procure and execute projects.

Requirements:

Business Analytics Analyst

Develop and update client dashboards, oversee the transformation of data sets, and discover actionable solutions through data analysis

Research demographic and labor market information in various markets

Define project proposals and lead implementations through the coordination of department resources

Prepare market reports and recommendations to be presented to clients

Prepare Real Estate Market Overviews

Develop interactive data tools utilizing Tableau and ArcGIS for existing clients and prospects

Gathers and compiles geographic data from sources including censuses, field observations, satellite imagery, aerial photographs, and existing maps

Digitizes and maintains spatial databases of relevant information, documents procedures, validates data for accuracy and completeness, completes approved metadata forms, and produces maps of the resulting information


Business Development

Full Cycle Sales Rep

Develop and grow a pipeline whereby monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Mohr Intel solution and supporting services

Make 40 daily cold and warm sales calls to various stakeholders and decision-makers

Lead or participate in remote and in-person demonstrations of Mohr Intel with prospective customers

Clearly communicate Mohr Intel s value proposition

Understand prospect organization structure and decision-making processes

Prepare proposals/RFPs and present the value proposition for Tango WatchWire virtually and in person

Track Leads, Opportunities, and Sales KPIs in our CRM

Develop a sales plan to provide a market overview and sales/marketing strategy for achieving sales targets


Education & Experience

Required

Proficiency in Tableau

Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS

Preferred

Experience with SQL, Alteryx, R, Python, SAS

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bachelor's degree in GIS


Skills & Abilities

Highly energetic with ability to work independently and with minimal direction

Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key stakeholders

Work with senior management to build reports, dashboards, data visualizations and various data presentation formats

Proven skills in data analysis, interpretation and problem solving

Ability to perform data extraction and data management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients. Ability to effectively present information.

Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients.

Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload.
