We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Consultant in Supply Chain & Procurement Services. As a Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in optimizing their supply chain and procurement operations to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.

The pay range for this role is $91,299 - $164,337. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: March 31, 2025.
As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; paid time off accruing at a rate of 3.07 hours during your first year of employment; 4 weeks of paid parental leave; in 2025 - Standard (September - August), 12 company-paid holidays (10 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays), subject to change yearly; 401(k) retirement plan; and employee stock purchase plan.

IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL
Collaborate with clients:
- Engage with clients to understand their specific supply chain and procurement needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of their current operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
Research and analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Gather and evaluate data to support decision-making and recommend strategies for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in supply chain and procurement management.
Process improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain and procurement processes.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide recommendations for further enhancements.
Project management:
- Support project teams in executing supply chain and procurement projects.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
- Intermediate to expert level understanding of key supply chain and procurement concepts.
- Understand client's supply chain and procurement related problems and prepare recommendations.
- Lead supply chain advisory or category management programs with minimal guidance from supervisor.
- Lead strategy development for organizations or categories.
- Leverage existing Jabil supply chain expertise to deliver strategic work.
- Analyze & cleanse complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
- Independently perform analysis of complex data sets.
- Create story board and present to mid-level to senior level client stakeholders.
- Leverage different supply chain technologies to deliver assignments.
- Prepare analytic dashboards using tools like PowerBI.
- Perform market research to identify trends, benchmarks & best practices in the supply chain industry.
- Develop project plans using MS-Projects or Excel. Use CPM to highlight risks.
- Perform various analysis like SWOT, PESTLE, etc and six sigma methodologies during the course of the program.
- Build relationships with mid-level client stakeholders.
- Adhere to project timelines as agreed with the leadership.
- High risk and issues to manager in case of deviation from project plan.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required, in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement required with experience in category management, strategy development, procurement transformation, and supply chain optimization preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Ability to travel 30% for client meetings.
