A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the integration of Jira and Confluence into our enterprise environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and proven expertise as a senior user of both Jira and Confluence.

- Lead business analysis efforts for the integration and optimization of Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and improve team collaboration tools.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.
- Work closely with technical teams to support system integration, configuration, and implementation activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Senior-level experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience with systems integration projects (not limited to Jira or Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
