S4 HANA Solutions Architect

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: Up to $180k/annum as base + 15% Bonus

SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect is responsible for creating and delivering a cohesive solution across multiple modules of SAP and connect non-SAP application. The candidate must have deep expertise in at-least one SAP module and working knowledge in multiple SAP modules like FI, MM/WM, SD, PP etc. The candidate should be able to paint the big picture and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and out of the box best practices.

Technical Experience

  • Over 18 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience
  • At least 6+ years in S/4HANA including implementation
  • Candidate should have solid Pre-Sales experience and Presentation skills.
  • 5+ years of SAP Solution Architect or Project/Integration Manager experience
  • Should be able to articulate and demonstrate S/4 functionalities including Fiori
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA Best Practices and Enterprise Architecture
  • Conversant with Agile, Activate methodologies
  • Deep understanding of integration with other systems like Hybris Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing, Ariba, Hybris, Fieldglass, HANA Studio, Analytics is desired
  • Must know processes and configurations in the at-least one area and working knowledge in other areas e.g. Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and its integration with each other
  • Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
  • Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
  • Undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred)
  • Masters, MBA or advanced degree in MIS or Computer Science highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for architecting, designing and helping to build innovative solutions around SAP S/4HANA
  • Help in Pre-Sales activities as needed participate in solutioning, client presentations, assessments.
  • Lead and support S/4HANA pursuits and help customer to define their digital roadmap
  • Proactive and self-motivated work ethics
  • Work with teams located across multiple geography
  • Lead business requirements discussions with customer to Implement S/4HANA solution
  • Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer's business needs
  • Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4HANA adoption
  • Review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document to ensure they meet project objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
  • Estimate total effort for all the application teams
  • Contribute to knowledge base of the SAP Practice
