Medallia Analyst

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Medallia Analyst for our client in the Professional Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 4+ Months Contract

Location: Remote (New York, NY)

Salary: $61.00-$70.00/Hourly

Role: Medallia Analyst

Primary Skills: Data Analysis

Role Description: The Medallia Analyst must have 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications:

? Back-end Medallia experience, including:

- Building auto importers for new survey programs

- Doing file inflow reviews to understand the impact of file changes

- Building new surveys in Medallia (start to finish)

- Reviewing user access and permissions

- Building and simplifying org hierarchy

- Building lookup tables

- Build new roles

- Maintaining the survey technical spec documentation

- Using Conversations

- Integrations with other systems (Jira, Salesforce)

? Front-end Medallia experience, including:

- Building net new reporting in Medallia

- Understanding Medallia's modules and implement modules comfortably

- Troubleshooting reporting issues

- Adding new data to reporting

- Building Text Analytics topics

- Setting alerts/rapid response templates and implementation in Medallia

? Medallia Digital Experience:

- Building surveys start to finish in digital

- Closed loop feedback in Digital

Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
