We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to spearhead the expansion of our Property & Casualty insurance product suite, with a strong focus on driving growth across the U.S. insurance market. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to lead sales for our P&C insurance SaaS offerings, with a mandate to grow business primarily in the United States.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation and relationship management to closing complex enterprise deals.
- Champion product demonstrations to highlight our platform's value to prospective clients.
- Strategically identify and cultivate relationships with insurers, reinsurers, global brokers, and MGAs to uncover business needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Actively build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, outreach campaigns, and industry events.
- Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations to present tailored technology solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor positioning and use that insight to sharpen the value proposition of our products.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize deals with support from our legal team.
- Accurately track leads, opportunities, and communications in the CRM and report progress to executive leadership.
What You Bring:
- A proven background in enterprise technology or software sales, specifically within the P&C insurance domain.
- Strong ability to prospect independently and develop new client relationships.
- Confidence in presenting and explaining complex SaaS platforms to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable discussing modern tech concepts like AI, cloud computing, and machine learning in the insurance context.
- Well-connected within the insurance sector - especially among underwriters, brokers, reinsurers, and senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- High-energy individual who performs well under pressure and aggressive targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience selling software solutions or IT services within the Property & Casualty insurance space.
- Familiarity with insurance market dynamics, standards, and regulatory landscape.
- Established track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets within an enterprise environment.
- Holds a Master's degree in Business or a related field, preferably from a leading academic institution.
