Job Overview

Our client in Chicago, IL, is looking for a Project Manager with a PMP Certification and extensive experience in Banking & Finance. This on-site role involves driving projects from inception to completion with a strong emphasis on project alignment, data analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Resource Allocation: Identify necessary resources and gather relevant data, procedures, and historical insights to fully understand and support project objectives.
  • Execution & Alignment: Prepare and manage detailed project plans, ensuring project delivery aligns with client goals and timelines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify operational trends across multiple locations, leveraging insights to optimize client operations.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Monitor and validate data accuracy, providing actionable insights for improved decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, offering support to Program Managers in resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Presentations & Reporting: Deliver both oral and written presentations on project outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Team Training & Support: Offer training as needed to colleagues, ensuring smooth program transitions and knowledge sharing.
  • Policy Adherence & Staffing: Administer and uphold company policies, staffing standards, and training protocols.
  • Performance Management: Interview, hire, and develop team performance plans, conducting regular evaluations to support growth and productivity.
  • Leadership & Team Engagement: Provide guidance and motivation to maximize team performance and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
