VP of Business Development, Legal Marketing
Location: Company Headquarters or Remote
About Diablo Media: We are a fast-growing media buying team specializing in building high-performance lead generation campaigns for law firms and call centers, primarily through Facebook. We are passionate about delivering results and driving growth for our clients in the legal sector. We're seeking a visionary and experienced VP of Business Development to help expand our presence in the legal marketing space and lead our business development efforts.
Position Summary: The VP of Business Development, Legal Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the strategy to grow and manage relationships with law firms and call centers. The role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of Facebook marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our media buying team to align business development efforts with our growth strategy. The VP of Revenue will report directly to the CEO and work to achieve revenue goals to ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy targeting law firms and legal call centers.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, develop relationships, and close deals with law firms seeking Facebook lead generation and marketing services.
- Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with key players in the legal industry to expand market reach and strengthen client offerings.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities, upselling, and client retention.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends in legal marketing, lead generation, and digital advertising to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and media buying teams to ensure that business development goals align with campaign strategies and client needs.
- Reporting: Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership on business development KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on legal marketing, lead generation, or related fields.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals with law firms.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and digital marketing platforms, with experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong network within the legal industry is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of $165k to $175k plus commissions and bonus packages for an OTE of $225k, benefits and 401k. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this opportunity.
