Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Python Data Architect/Developer with over 10 years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable solutions in the healthcare domain. A deep understanding of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) is a must-have, along with proven experience in data migration, data transformation, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in building Airflow pipelines, writing and managing DAGs, and programmatically triggering DAGs from Python code.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and develop end-to-end Python applications for data-driven healthcare systems.
Lead the implementation of healthcare data workflows using FHIR standards.
Design and implement robust data migration strategies across various platforms.
Perform advanced data transformation tasks to support business and analytics needs.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through effective performance tuning.
Design, build, and maintain Apache Airflow pipelines, including writing custom DAGs and triggering them via Python code.
Collaborate with DevOps, data engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Provide technical leadership, review code for quality and consistency, and mentor junior developers.
Own the implementation and timely delivery of critical project components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Python development with strong architectural background.
Deep expertise in FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards.
Solid hands-on experience with Apache Airflow, including:
- Authoring complex Airflow DAGs
- Managing Airflow tasks and dependencies
- Triggering DAGs from Python scripts
Strong background in data migration, ETL/ELT, and data transformation.
Proficiency in optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.
Must have Healthcare domain experience
