Job Summary
Responsible for leading technical full-stack architecture, design, and development of complex .NET Core and React based applications and leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure for deployment and scaling, providing expert guidance to teams, ensuring high quality code, and actively participating in strategic technology decisions within an organization; often acting as a technical leader across multiple projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with product management and other stakeholders.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, robust, and performant web applications using .NET Core and React, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Document all development activities, Define technical roadmaps, best practices, and coding standards for .NET Core development.
• Lead code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to design principles.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
• Training and Support: Assist with training non-technical personnel on the use and maintenance of new applications.
• Mentorship: Act as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Project Management: Determine work priorities and manage tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects.

What You'll Need:

• Deep Expertise with: .NET Core Framework and related technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework Core)
• React JavaScript library (including state management, routing, and performance optimization)
• AWS Cloud Services (ECS, Cluster , Secret Manager)
