Our Financial Services client located in Newport Beach, CA is looking for hire four Senior Project Managers to support enterprise wide technical projects. Our client would be looking for these individuals to come onsite to Newport Beach 2x a week. If you have around 7 years of Technical Project Management/Consultant experience and are skilled in Agile Methodologies and want to join a large Matrixed environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Description

Technical Skills:
- Must Have: Ability to identify technical activities, ask critical questions, coach others, and drive change. Proficiency in MS productivity tools (SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet). Experience with visualization/analytics tools like PowerBI.
- Nice to Have: Background in strategic management or consulting, MBA, PMP, Agile certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Drive complex, cross-functional projects.
- Maintain project schedules and documents.
- Lead and influence stakeholders and project teams.
- Establish and maintain scope, plans, and resources.
- Create and maintain project artifacts (CBAs, Charters, RAID logs, status reports).
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Serve as a liaison between Technology, Corporate, and Divisional teams.
- Support organizational communications and change management.
Experience Required:
- 7-10 years in program/project management (Waterfall & Agile).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management and MS productivity tools.
- Knowledge of IT topics and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelors degree in information systems or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strategic management or consulting background.
- MBA, PMP, Agile certifications.
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry.
