Overview:

We are seeking a Solutions Architect with experience in healthcare IT and FIDE (Fully Integrated Dual Eligible) programs to design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions for government and private healthcare clients. This role is fully remote and requires deep understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, regulatory compliance, and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end solutions for FIDE SNP implementations, integrating data from multiple healthcare systems (EHR, HIE, CMS, etc.)

  • Lead architecture and design of secure, scalable cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and state-specific regulations

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions

  • Create documentation including architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration plans

  • Serve as a technical advisor on interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EDI 837/834

  • Support migration, integration, and transformation of large datasets across payer and provider systems

  • Provide leadership during implementation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, with at least 3 years in healthcare IT

  • Strong understanding of FIDE SNP models, Medicare-Medicaid integration, and CMS compliance

  • Proficiency with healthcare interoperability standards: FHIR, HL7, CCD, CDA

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)

  • Knowledge of healthcare EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 837, 270/271)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
