Job Details

hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead HR systems projects with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise HR applications, technical integration planning, and experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation and enhancements of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure alignment on system requirements and rollout plans
  • Coordinate system configuration, integration with downstream applications, and data migration
  • Track progress, resolve technical issues, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead vendor coordination and ensure delivery against SLAs
  • Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication plans

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise HR systems
  • Hands-on experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes, including employee data management, onboarding, performance, and compensation
  • Experience working with integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
