RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Testing Project Manager/Coordinator in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Testing Resources: Oversee a diverse pool of testing resources from various departments, ensuring alignment and coordination
* Oversee Testing Efforts: Lead testing activities across multiple large-scale projects, ensuring all prerequisites are met and resources are properly allocated to Workforce Dimensions, Credentialing, Payroll, HRIS, and IT
* Prepare and Maintain Testing Artifacts: Develop and maintain all relevant testing documents, including test plans, test cases, and reports
* Coordinate with Project Teams: Ensure seamless integration of testing activities into project timelines, keeping resource managers informed and identifying any gaps
* Scheduling and Documentation: Plan and schedule resource testing, document and record all activities, and ensure everything is properly tracked

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in coordinating testing efforts for complex projects, with exposure to compensation and payroll testing efforts
* Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively
* Familiarity with various testing methodologies and tools
* Attention to Detail: Ability to identify gaps and ensure thorough documentation and recording of all testing activities
* Contracting: Experience with contracting considerations is a plus
* Tools: Oracle, HRIS, JIRA, Smartsheets

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
