Job Details

  • Provide high-touch, end-to-end IT support for C-level executives and VIP users.

  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, AV/VC systems, and other peripherals.

  • Offer immediate response to critical technical issues affecting VIP users, ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working closely with high-level personnel.

  • Manage and support remote sessions, on-site assistance, and home office setups as required.

  • Coordinate with backend IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Proactively monitor devices and services to ensure smooth operation and high availability.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication and follow-up skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a white-glove or executive support environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and mobile device support.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments.

  • Willingness to provide off-hours and on-call support as needed.
