Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Sr. Program Manager
Job Description:
Job Title: Sr. Program Manager
Job Type: Contract (6 - 12 months)
Job Location: Bay Area, CA or Remote
Work Schedule: Onsite or Remote
Starting rate: $80/hr, Based on experience
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Masters in engineering, science, or business
- 10+ years of related experience in a large (>1000 employee) engineering or science company
- Software program management experience (In product, not IT)
- Drive decision making across teams
- Driving to outcomes given complex trade-offs
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving experience
- Risk management and Change Management
- Ability to proactively seek outcomes without having direct responsibility to do so
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication, teamwork skills
- Desired
- Experience as a program manager working across business units
- Experience with new product introduction processes in a regulated environment
- Experience as a project or program manager in both hardware and software projects
- Very Highly desired
- Biotech/ Biomedical experience. Ideally working for a company in Complex systems that combine hardware, software, and data management solutions for various scientific and industrial applications
- Well known biotech companies
