MS Dynamics 365 CE Software Developer

Data-Core Systems a consulting, services and digital transformation solution provider helping businesses reshape their future with cutting-edge technologies and services, has an immediate opening for a MS Dynamics 365 CE Software Developer in the Consulting Services Division.

Required Functions/Experience

• Perform all duties related to the application development life cycle including, but not limited to, determining requirements, coding/building, unit testing, and implementation.
• Standard D365 Online development forms, fields, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, etc.
• Writing custom .NET code, plugin code etc. for high volume contact centers built on the Dynamics platform
• Maintaining custom code in Azure DevOps
  
• Developing and maintaining:
  • Easy to use Dynamics Web Portal for customer self-service include the ability for capturing real time payments from customers.
  • Real time integration between CE and F&O via LogicApps
  • SOAP and REST APIs to integrate with 3rd party SAS applications.
• Experience in enhancing:
  • ChatBOT experiences are available in the Azure platform for online customers.
  • Azure BOT framework to automate business processes.
  • Power Automate and MS Flows.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience developing enterprise custom objects in at least one of the areas/environments listed below, or any combination thereof:
  • Dynamics 365 Online Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) Online
  • Microsoft Azure platform
  • Microsoft Power Platform and Common Data Service
  • .NET Development
  • Integration APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate

Certifications/Education

• Bachelor s degree in information technology or closely related field. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
• Microsoft certifications in specified technical areas are a plus, but not required
