Job Description
Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation manufacturer to hire a Contract Administrator. As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for terms and conditions review and analysis, contract drafting, support negotiations, initiating estimate requests, review and input to the Cost of Sales Analysis (CSA) and will support final preparation of binding Purchase Agreements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Contract Administration experience (to include contract negotiations and commercial contracting requirements), strong MS Office skills as well as Salesforce experience. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage contractual documents (PAs, amendments, MOAs, MOUs, NDAs) ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage quote requests and revisions, ensuring they align with approved sales checklists and contract terms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support terms and conditions negotiations, summarizing deviations and ensuring accuracy in offer/proposal submissions.
- Assist with import/export procedures, registration, and maintaining contract documents
- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in contract administration, contract negotiations or legal negotiations.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, commercial contracting requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and PowerPoint.
