In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Utilize their expertise in software architecture to improve the reliability of systems, fixing issues and responding to incidents and issues.
  • Root cause analysis of complex issues and post incident analysis. Influences across functions to drive to recommended solution based on analysis.
  • Collaborate on high priority incidents and ensuring system recovery and preventing reoccurring issues for key customer website enabling IDT to deliver exceptional customer experience, providing on call support and complex issue resolution.
  • Works cross functionally to identify and create reliability and performance indicators.
  • Defining, monitoring, and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years automation experience in PowerShell, C# (or similar)
  • 6+ years experience with CI/CD, Automation tools, monitoring tools and version control
  • Ability to understand and interpret software code
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills


Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to travel -5%


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Database experience
  • Azure/AWS Experience
  • Background with Change Management
  • Background in IT support and ticketing systems

The salary range for this role is $105,000-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonincentive pay.
