See JD below. Please note that presentation and communication skills are equally important. The work is not too technical in nature, as no coding is required, but the candidate needs to be comfortable with the data. We interviewed a bunch of developers/technical people in the past, but not even one of those made it. We are looking for Data analysts with Looking Studio and Visualization skills.

Total four resources

  • 1 with good Looker Studio skills and visualization design skills (along with BQ/SQL)---------- This is role is very critical
  • 1 advanced analytics skill (BQ/SQL) + PPT presentation skills
  • 2 intermediate analytics skills (BQ/SQL)


Job Responsibilities ( Integrations Analysis support):

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data needs are well-understood
  • Use BigQuery to query and profile data based on requirements
  • Compare datasets and develop mapping documentation
  • Develop data analysis, visualizations


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Typically has 3+ years of Business/Process Analyst or directly related experience in the same or related industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into complete and deliverable specifications
  • Excellent organizational and project management and facilitation skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with/influencing cross-functional teams and gaining consensus. Strong listening and question-based knowledge gathering skills
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify issues, draw conclusions, and craft solutions
  • Experience working as a member of a distributed team. Ability to organize and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations
  • Experience in authoring SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with diverse coding, profiling, and visualization approaches including Python, Tableau, Google Cloud
  • Understanding of Big Data, Cloud, Machine Learning approaches and concepts
  • Domain knowledge covering one or more aspects of the real estate economy (mortgage servicing, property insurance, credit, etc)
  • Extensive knowledge of client base and product and data offerings (preferred)
