Framework design and Development - Strong exp in programing language (Preferred java & python programming) to build, optimize and provide solutions to align with cloud transformation from AS400/ mainframes Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills in providing bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
Good in SQL and Database testing - data validation techniques.
Able to mentor the team providing technical solutions and knowledge sharing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
