We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in a role that offers a blend of technical challenge and strategic influence. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the reliability of our equipment and systems, optimizing our operations, and ensuring the highest level of safety and performance.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Reliability Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading reliability improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for equipment failures to improve plant reliability and performance.
2. Utilizing a variety of tools including thermography, structural NDE, oil analysis, ultrasonic leak detection, vibration analysis, and motor alignment to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
3. Designing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
4. Developing and implementing reliability standards, guidelines, and procedures.
5. Collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
6. Providing technical support to maintenance and operations teams for complex issues relating to hydraulic circuits and troubleshooting.
7. Conducting training sessions on reliability practices and procedures to other team members.
8. Participating in the design and implementation of new systems and equipment to ensure reliability and maintainability.
9. Reviewing and analyzing maintenance records and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Reliability Engineer position should have the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a reliability engineering role, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience with thermography, structural NDE, oil analysis, ultrasonic leak detection, vibration analysis, and motor alignment.
4. Strong knowledge of hydraulic circuits and troubleshooting.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on quality and performance.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to the job.
9. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
