Jr. Strategic Communications Specialist (ServiceNow)

12+ month contract, potential extension
Job Summary:
The Junior Strategic Communications Specialist provides organizational change management support to help teams adapt to Enterprise Platform ServiceNow applications and new business processes. This role involves documenting change management strategies, developing communication plans, and collaborating with other change managers to ensure successful transitions. The Specialist will work closely with both technical and functional teams to support a smooth adoption of new practices, identify key performance outcomes, and establish metrics for success.
Key Responsibilities:
" Document organizational change strategies and actual changes related to the Enterprise Platform.
" Develop plans and communications to assist teams in adapting to new ServiceNow applications and business processes.
" Collaborate with government Platform Owners and other change managers to drive value management and identify success metrics.
" Support the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other measurement metrics for use cases.
" Provide best practice recommendations to scrum teams for configuring new ServiceNow plug-ins and features.
Minimum Qualifications:
" 2+ years of experience in developing communications.
" 2+ years of experience facilitating training development and delivery.
" Experience with ServiceNow is strongly preferred.
