RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Remote Sr. Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Analyst to join their team. This is a hands-on role that includes engagement with finance business users. As an application analyst, you will be required to work closely with the business partners during requirements gathering, functional and technical designs, configuration, and testing. As a Senior Analyst, you will be working primarily on financial modules like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Procurement, Assets, Project Costing, Tax and Cash Management in Oracle ERP SaaS. You will also be working on any other financial applications supporting the enterprise.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for documentation as required during the implementation of various projects
* Responsible for performing various types of work including implementation, upgrades, testing, support and maintenance, enhancements and/or development work
* Create documentation - implementation guides, data flow mapping documents and diagrams, training materials as needed, etc.
* Work on complex workflow approval rules changes in BPM for AP Invoices, Req, PO approvals, etc.
* Debug issues in production environment and be part of production support
* Work in an agile team - plan, prioritize, design, test and coordinate end to end delivery of solutions
* Prepare Test scenarios and test scripts for any system changes or new projects
* Create Oracle support requests (SR) and follow up for escalation and resolution with Oracle Support team. Create knowledge base for easy troubleshooting
* Analyze Oracle ERP quarterly releases, document impact analysis, do regression testing of all cloud updates & patches and monitor roll out of new features
* Collaborating with other IT teams on projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP Financials out of which at least 5 years in Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion
* Learnings and Product certifications on Oracle ERP SaaS or any ERP in any of the modules like Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, etc., will be preferred
* 2+ years of accounting and audit experience in finance industry, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the finance or technology space
* Strong knowledge of accounting, finance. Knowledge on audit practices, taxation and US GAAP is highly preferable
* Strong soft skills including but not limited to excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
* Solid knowledge and understanding of Oracle tables and views, SQL skills; Intermediate proficiency preferred
* Good practical knowledge of various ADFDI, FBDI templates and how data flows from interface to base table; Should be a be able help users on daily basis to troubleshoot the errors in various interfaces and import the data
* Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Strong understanding of SOX controls
* Must be highly self-motivated
* Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks and set priorities
* Ability to lay out a plan and coordinate activities
* Flexible and adaptable in prioritizing workloads, coping with pressures, deadlines, and rapidly changing situations
* Experience with a Ticketing system such as Service Now preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
