IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate one streamlined communication channel that delivers requested information in a consistent and timely manner between DMT process owners, internal and external groups such as Corporate Audit, Global Compliance & Operational Risk and Regulators
• Conduct meetings to understand data related regulatory exam, audit, TRA, or other inquires
• Review of requests for identifying trends and emerging risks
• Work with relevant SMEs to draft responses while ensuring consistency with prior responses
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Work with internal teams on product and documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and Data Management concepts including relevant regulatory guidance including BCBS239

• Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
• Excellent written and verbal comprehension
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography
• Ability to build a clear and engaging story through written communication and visuals
