Job Details
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for multiple teams.
- Guide teams in using Agile/Scrum principles and practices effectively.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to team members on Agile methodologies.
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and help them overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage product backlogs.
- Ensure transparency in team progress through effective use of Agile metrics and reporting.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and reflection.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum principles.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
