Role - Oracle PL/SQL Developer with Healthcare payor experience
Location: - Remote
Duration - Contract
As a IT Operations Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory skills - Development and Production Support experience
Good to have skills: -
- Preferred Experience in Health rules Payor or similar Healthcare Payor Systems.
Responsibilities: -
- The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for the operational triage & support of back-end transactional systems and data integrations.
- This role will be accountable for break/fix operational support as well as new development & enhancements with limited supervision.
- The analyst will handle all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on Java & SQL design, development, & performance tuning.
- Triages complex problems by analyzing the system and running SQL queries.
- Communicates incident status and resolution with impacted users.
- Analyzes and defines requirements for minor enhancements based on user needs.
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
- Documents existing system logic and process flows.
- Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities.
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL, & PL/SQL for running queries, data research, and production support
- Experience with ETL processes using data hubs and Operational Data Store (ODS)
- Health plan knowledge with emphasis on claims operations, financial reconciliation, & provider networks
- Experience with JSON, CSV, and EDI transaction standards
- Experience with production operations support
