Job Description
Is this position remote or in person? In-person.
What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?
- Unbox the device (laptop)
- Power up, install Windows updates and drivers, install any required applications
- Install, move, add and change ( IMAC ) the device in ServiceNow.
- Re-box the devices
- Create shipping labels and fix to box
- Ship the devices to end-user
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365). Imaging using SCCM and Autopilot process is a plus.
What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F) 7:30am-4:30pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No. How many overall years of experience should this person have? 6 12 months.
