Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer

Job duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties: Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Formulate plan and outline steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design. Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Prepares flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps program must follow and to describe logical operations involved. Converts project specifications, using flowcharts and diagrams, into sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding. Troubleshoot and debug any software related issues with the application residing on the cloud. Set up the development environment and guide the team. Fine-tune software at different layers for optimal performance at scale; use system profiling tools and stress testing to find and fix weak spots. Preparation of testing strategy and test scripts. Perform analysis, reviews, and alters program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Provide technical assistance and monitor performance post implementation.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelor s or foreign equivalent in CS, CIS, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field +2 years of experience in the job offered, Solution Architect, Software Lead, Systems Analyst, or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
