Survey Programmer

LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Senior Survey Programmer for a remote contract opportunity with our Chicago opinion research client!

The Senior Survey Programmer will:
- Design, program, and test web-based opinion research survey solutions customized to project specifications.
- Script surveys on various platforms, including and especially Voxco, depending on data collection requirements and project needs
- Work on cross-functional project teams
- Contribute to and maintain process improvements
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in all phases of survey questionnaire development and/or programming with CATI/CAPI/CAWI programming survey engines, preferably including Voxco CAWI, else relevant platforms such as Unicom Intelligence.
- Understanding of key business functions in survey data collection.
- Strong math, logic, and analytical skills.
- Capable of scripting in JavaScript, along with familiarity in HTML & CSS preferred.
- Experience with SDLC, including requirements, design, implementation, build and release, and production support preferred.
- Familiarity with social science research or survey methodology and/or market research preferred.
- Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
