Job Title: Adobe Campaign Classic Specialist Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize marketing automation, customer segmentation, and campaign execution using Adobe Campaign (Classic ). The ideal candidate will have expertise in email marketing, data workflows, automation strategies, and CRM integration to drive effective customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Create and manage customer journeys, workflows, and segmentation to enhance personalization.
- Develop and optimize email templates, landing pages, and campaign assets using HTML and CSS.
- Work with data teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize for better engagement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve email deliverability and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to enhance automation capabilities.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution issues, deliverability problems, and workflow errors.
- 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign (Classic)
- Strong knowledge of campaign automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization.
- Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for data integration and automation.
- Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot campaign issues.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying campaign data.
- Exposure to programmatic advertising and customer journey optimization.
