Your role in our mission

Oversee a comprehensive data center migration program, leading a high-profile and complex project involving the migration of critical systems, applications, and data across data center environments .
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale data center migration program, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and strategies to minimize risk and downtime during migration, and to meet predefined project milestones.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the migration process, including dependencies, resource constraints, and potential impact on business continuity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear and consistent communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure contractual agreements are met, SLAs are adhered to, and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.


What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with ideally 3 years in managing large-scale data center migrations or similar complex IT infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, network operations, cloud migration methodologies, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Ability to analyze complex project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop practical solutions to ensure project success.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams; strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations, make informed decisions amidst uncertainty, and maintain progress toward objectives while adapting to evolving circumstances

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
