Project - Retail Store Support
Overall Purpose: Tier 2/3 helpdesk support for field technicians using wireless connections with Windows laptops, Apple iPhones & iPads, and peripherals including printers and docking stations.
Pay Range: $20 - $22/HR W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.

- Good Oral and written communications skills.
Overall Purpose: Tier 2/3 helpdesk support for field technicians using wireless connections with Windows laptops, Apple iPhones & iPads, and peripherals including printers and docking stations.
- Remote support of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, iOS.
- Support for PC hardware, Apple iPads and iPhones and other emerging technologies as identified.
- Resolution of blue screen errors and security issues.
- Support for/with MobileIron or comparable Enterprise Mobile Device Management tools.
- Support of wireless connectivity including dropped calls, modems and VPN.
- Support for Exchange Active Sync (EAS).
- Printer support.
- RSA token support.
Pay Range: $20 - $22/HR W2
