Overview
AUTODESK PLATFORM DEVELOPER (ERDC):
Bowhead seeks an Autodesk Platform Developer to support the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) contract located in Vicksburg, MS. The Autodesk Platform Developer will upgrade the USACE HQ content management system by developing and deploying a fully functional Autodesk Revit Plug-In. The plug-in will have many of the same capabilities of the existing content management system; however, the plug-in will have new and improved features that will extend the capabilities of the content management system. The plug-in will leverage the data that is housed in the existing content management system.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust level. ship is a requirement for Public Trust clearance at this location.

Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis development and maintenance of software, modify and create systems software and ensure systems efficiency and integrity.
- Participate in bi-weekly project meeting to ensure that the product that is being developed is meeting the sponsor's project requirements.
- Perform unit, functional and user acceptance testing to verify software and external interface functionality.
- Develop software modules for projects in languages specified by the government at the time of awarding of task orders.
- Work with the Government Project Manager to identify and implement the management tools, business practices, and software needed to improve and maintain "on time" deliveries.
- BA/S in Computer Science or related field and an additional two to five (2-5) years of professional experience is highly preferred.
- A CompTIA Security+ certificate may be required prior to starting this position
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience working with API documentation.
- Experience with Autodesk desktop SDKs (Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
