Job Description
Crew Leaders run the day-to-day operations of our commercial job-sites. Crew Leaders coordinate the seamless completion of projects, large and small, while maintaining our high quality standards in a safe and professional environment. This is a working foreman position in the field environment.
Essential Functions
Extensive understanding of major concrete construction systems and the ability to understand and interpret concrete construction blueprints and specifications.
Maintains professional relationships with general contractor, subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure clear communication of expectations of all project stakeholders.
Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction for the entire scope of work.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently while managing deadlines.
Cultivates a working relationship with personnel internally, and with external clients in a manner that encourages a cooperative environment, team effort, and professional approach consistent with our organization s mission, philosophy, and culture.
