Location: Onsite within the Northeastern Region
Description:
The Informatica MDM Lead will spearhead Master Data Management (MDM) projects, providing technical leadership and designing robust solutions to ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance. This role requires deep expertise in Informatica MDM, data integration, and data modeling. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is committed to best practices, and drives successful implementations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of MDM solutions using Informatica MDM.
Develop and maintain data models for MDM hubs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Adhere to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure Informatica MDM components, including Match and Merge rules, survivorship functionality, and data governance policies.
Integrate diverse data sources into the MDM system, such as ERP, HR, and analytics platforms.
Implement data quality processes to ensure master data accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align MDM solutions with business objectives.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for MDM solutions.
Document technical processes, workflows, and solutions for reference and training.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience with Informatica MDM, including tools like CDI, CAI, and CLAIRE.
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data integration, and data governance.
Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Informatica MDM certification.
Experience integrating systems like D365 Finance & Supply Chain, Workday, and Google BigQuery.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Compensation:
Pay range: $84K- $120K/year
