Job Description:

We are seeking a QE Tech Lead with hands-on Salesforce testing experience to independently drive quality engineering efforts on key projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce testing, solid communication skills, and experience in managing offshore teams. This role involves direct interaction with customers and taking ownership of the testing process, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. A background in data testing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Testing:
• Lead and oversee the testing efforts for Salesforce applications, ensuring the quality of the product.
• Develop, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce-based solutions.
• Perform both manual and automated testing, ensuring that all test cases are completed efficiently.
• Customer Interaction:
• Independently interact with customers to gather testing requirements and provide status updates.
• Address customer concerns and collaborate to ensure that the testing process aligns with customer expectations.
• Project Management:
• Manage testing timelines and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery of testing milestones.
• Provide oversight of offshore team members, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring work quality.
• Data Testing (Bonus):
• Lead data testing efforts, ensuring data integrity across applications and systems.
• Ensure accurate data testing results by collaborating with relevant teams.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and business stakeholders, to align testing efforts with project objectives.
• Ensure seamless communication between the on-site team and offshore resources.
• Independent Contribution:
• Hands-on testing contribution, with the ability to deliver high-quality results independently.
• Contribute to the overall quality strategy and improvement of testing processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead in Quality Engineering with Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong project management skills, including managing offshore resources and aligning them with project goals.
• Experience in data testing is a plus.
• Ability to interact independently with customers and provide status updates on project progress.
• Technical Expertise:
• Salesforce testing, both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with data testing concepts and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in contributing to test execution and defect tracking.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, with an independent and proactive approach to testing.
• Team leadership experience, especially with managing offshore teams.
