Hiring! SR BA with Service Now experience for a remote based position with our direct client.
The ServiceNow Business Analyst plays a crucial role in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to create effective solutions that align with overall business strategies. They will be responsible for capturing business requirements in the form of agile stories and workflows, ensuring that these requirements are articulated clearly for developers. Effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the requirements gathering and testing process is vital to the success of the projects. Additionally, they will manage the team s work queue as needed and ensure that development timelines are met. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with various teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Document requirements and create clear specifications that can be understood by the ServiceNow development team
- Enable agile methodologies and capture business requirements in agile stories
- Liaise with stakeholders and developers to ensure that the solutions developed meet the needs of the business and its users
- Provide proper communications to all stakeholders throughout the requirement and testing process
- Manage the team work queue as needed
