Position Title: Oracle Fusion WMS Functional Analyst
Location: Remote (Travel: up to 25% )

Reports To: Operations Project Leader
The Oracle Cloud WMS Functional Analyst is a specialist in Oracle's Warehouse Management (WMS) suite. Responsible for validating and implementing WMS solutions, which involve tasks such as requirement gathering, system configuration, user training, and troubleshooting. Their focus is on ensuring the system aligns with business objectives and complies with relevant standards. Working closely with operations teams, implementation teams, and stakeholders, they play a key role in optimizing WMS processes and maximizing the efficiency of the Oracle platform.
Key responsibilities include:
Requirements and Design validation:
- Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using Oracle WMS modules System
- Implementation & Support: Configure, enhance, and maintain Oracle WMS to meet business and operational requirements.
- Business Process Analysis: Work with warehouse and supply chain teams to understand business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues, working closely with IT and end users.
- Configuration & Customization: Set up WMS functionalities such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and labor management.
- Integration & Testing: Ensure seamless integration between Oracle WMS and other enterprise applications (ERP, TMS, etc.), conduct system testing, and validate solutions.
- User Training & Documentation: Provide training to end users, create documentation, and develop best practices for system usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend system enhancements, process improvements, and automation to optimize warehouse operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with IT teams, business users, and third-party vendors to drive successful project execution.
